Poem (3 months old) "one"

One heart cell
cannot live alone
responsive to just one other
solitude it cannot condone

Under a microscope it lies
searching for a two way screen
hoping to see its reflection shared
its direst wish is to just be seen

One heart cell
begins to break down
for without another to hold onto
hard to change an eternal frown

Just a dot on the radar
Easy not to notice a dying spec
But it takes such a simple glance to magnify
Maybe we should all just reflect

One heart cell has just passed
One to be replaced by so many more
And then one time I remembered your smile
I think thats what my heart bleeds for

We are all just one heart cell
Blindly searching for another to sustain
But in case I wander into dire straights
ill remember that smile, and ill always remain
