Poem 4

We've stared into the infinite
And its only natural to be concerned
tedious tendencies follow a certain path
only to quickly lose their way
left are shallow and tiny steps
treading in the right direction
do you dream of another way to go?
not so fast but not too slow

Others are quick to point out natural flaws
inherent in all of us
but why are they on the outside
of this complicated contraption
a step back in evolution
its easier to say no
when you can only dream of forward
as the way to go

We've outlived ourselves
months candied over with gasping breaths
grasping at straws
You found me in a haystack
Without a metal detector to assist
we collided over many wires
fiber optically inclined
fate charged and meant to intertwine
with your phone we praise the gods
while i looked into the infinite sky
the chances are slim
but we will succeed
do you know what we need?

You think its not right
when fake warning signs lay abound
trivial possibilities
then you kiss me
and we like to forget all the rest
sometimes when there's nothing bad
people like to ignore the good
Have you seen ripples on the ocean?
Sometimes you can build barriers to ebb the tide
but you can't ignore a natural flow
thats why we're going this fast
and why you didn't want to go this slow

Barefoot we keep walking
while masked faces insist on talking
they told you we wouldnt last
if two souls were going this fast
yet here we are
still using fiber optics to keep ourselves connected
five days a week do we persist
while two we indulge
and sometimes its fine to overdo
because life would never get enough of me and you

What if paint chips on the walls
And our pictures cover with dust
can we prevent all the rust?
what if one day they are right
would they say they told you so
when you just refused to let go
It's ironic those with flaws are telling you
about ours are , and its crazy their flaws
are trying to mimic our own
what if they told you, they wanted what you have
what if their arms envied what lay in mine

Do you see the fault in their plan
because they are all fucked up
and ashamed they lost their turn
Do you blame them?
It would be terrible to know such fate was wasted
so lets not be hasty stopping this machine
when well oiled parts deliver
just because too much of you is never too much
and my flaws let these strengths shine
can you tell them to go fuck themselves?
The path is solid, and your forever mine.

Poem 3

Candied wishes cover falling leaves

Ever so gently designed around a central theme

A sentence on every fragment laying around the yard

Forming as one, stained by sappy pine

Forming as one, telling that you are mine

And while gentle cuts and nicks can change the name

An original design shows without you I’m just not the same

Snow falls over vigilant pine

Who made note of the leaves declaring you were mine

And while inches of clean slates cannot erase our hearts
desire

Falling reminders of what could be lost in a lustful fire

So spring can come and summer can stall

No one can deny creating love much at all

So long as leaves covered point the way to spring

So long as etchings prove we’re more than a fling

So long as we careen our way into each others arms

and watching falling leaves

with candied wishes

and sentences fragment

two people descend

I think I will stay along for the ride

Because it would take eons

For my love to subside

poem 2

Swearing like a sinner you praise a corrupted god

while we dance around a subject sparsely spared

I grab the tips of your lips and gently squeeze

my own red delicious like apples devour you slowly

I wish to suck and swallow on your dainty tongue

until there is no more but one source, one set of..us

like spending forever with you in my bed

holding onto anything said, whenever sporatic

always tanticly eccentricly .. eclectic

large words do a good job of describing perfect beauty

like the skin around your hips wrapped tightly , binded

meant to clash and clang against a dirty boy

with dirty thoughts and jaded intentions

I miss your hand wrapped around my neck

as we close the gap where lonely lovers torment

or in the shower cleaning

like evasive maneuvers and oil and dirt washing away

like when i made you happy and that time you smiled

only a few days, feels like quite a while

I miss your head on my chest feeling a steady heart pump

and within each vein lies a dreamily visage of you..

I cannot escape for you are etched within

I wish to see you every day every hour and ...

every other minute.

we need a break sometimes

but I am rather stingy with time when I can't see

the love that's meant to be.

And as an unhinging rock I take your fustrations

hopefully soaking them all

because I refuse to let you fall

even though I relent to silent guessings

I still won't ever waver

because forever your kiss I will savor

so come on down, the waters fine

the etchings are spent, and your'e still mine

Poem

Carrying down the nile goes our wishes and dreams

caught up within little alcoves of destination , meant to impress

within the small of your back my thumbs do press

followed only by licks and timely caresses..

do i fantasize you out of your weekly dresses

like a carnival of lust we play our games

snip snap..smooth skin becomes indulgant

of my lips and tongues, to cure what ails.

like a sickly sapping of used energy

I deviate your tendons and renew lost desire

like when you bend and set my heart afire

i wish to kiss your skin until red overcomes tanned perfection

like skin was meant to be touched

more than rare and never enough

and with your hair so soft it tickles

and soft so sinly it should be confined.

because you are after all

mine

New ... I know

Displacement of variances

can only be attributed

to the degree of separation

including,but not limited to,

me and you

With an epidermis in earning,

I watch cells run their course

an all too familiar scene,

under a microscope I pity

those unable to cross the beaten path

undeniable devotion, no anguish or warath

calming technical difficulties

marr extensive study

lead me to implsive

expansive

study of your skin

for every inch foregoes

foregone conclusions

set to such calculated dissillusion

can you muster the strength to debate

an indisputable hyperbole

though an increased sense of smell

can send sweet sin straight to hell

for I demand an even playing field

no holds barred

no clothing required

an inevitable quagmire

for with me over here

and you over there

forcing me to take notes

on photon beams set to stare

hush the decibles

slow down the mind

tonights a foregone conclusion

you are all mine
